Global Village School - Resources for New and Established Schools

As anyone in the process of starting or running a school knows, it is a lot of work! Often the urgency to get up and running is there before there is time to put all the pieces into place. Global Village School, a K12 distance learning program, has a School Partners program that can help. Global Village can provide a full program, be the official school of record (includes official records, transcripts, diploma upon completion of graduation requirements) and provide full curriculum and teacher support. Or, they can “fill in the gaps,” in those cases where a school might only need a few courses and a limited amount of teacher support, or perhaps might need some consulting, or want to use their learning styles profile and/or have them design individualized curriculum for their students. With their creative flexible approach and emphasis on peace, justice, diversity, and sustainability, Global Village is a natural match for alternative schools wanting to make a difference in the world. Sally Carless, a former NCACS board member, is Global Village's Founding Director and Chief Visionary Officer.
